Our session next Tuesday is a sell out! This is because we limit numbers to 16 artists, which enables us to chat to all, tutor those that want that and sixteen is a good fit for the space that we have, the basement area of a city centre cafe. We therefore encourage you to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.

We offer twice a month life drawing in Cardiff City Centre at the wonderful Little Man Coffee Company on Bridge Street.

Our sessions are 6 pm to 8 pm and are held on the first Tuesday of the month and the third Wednesday of the month, although do check dates and availability here as sometimes, for operational reasons, we shift sessions about a little.

We often have two models working a session but always have one model available for artists to sketch away for a relaxed couple of hours. The cafe serves great coffee or something a little stronger, it’s a wine store too, and general chitter chatter is encouraged.

Think of these sessions not as an institute delivering dry and formal art lessons but as a social, somewhere where you can sketch, drink and chat :)

Arriving a little late is fine and we have basic materials available for free too. The cost is £15 per session with the loyalty card offering one free lace after five sessions have been attended.
