It was the second of the free festivals organised and delivered by Andy and Maisie along with help from all of the stallholders and performers and workshop hosts.
The format, so successful back in March, was repeated to great effect... Yoga to kick off the day and then stallholders arrive and then workshops begin with the evening being open mic and headline band to round off the 9am to 11pm day.
All held at Little Man Coffee Company, a central Cardiff cafe and location for our drop in life drawing events, the festival was a blast and memorable for all who took part.
All of the workshops, beginning with the morning yoga, were free. That included the writing workshop aimed at getting people prepared for the evenings open mic, the life drawing and the shake it all out crazy breathing session...
This was a triumph of a day with so much on offer and so many people coming through our doors... Maybe we'll do something like this again...
