Big News! Life Drawing Wales is FOR SALE! I am flat out with mountain and tourist guiding and so cannot justify maintaining Life Drawing Wales anymore. It's been a great run, managing Wales' longest running independent art class, but perhaps it is time for a new chief in any case. Little Man Coffee, the venue of our weekly sessions in Cardiff, will be closing at the end of the first week of May and we have a few new premises in mind and are currently chatting to a couple of venues, both a little outside of the city centre.
If you are keen to take over then do be in touch. What you will get is a business with untapped potential in several areas and someone with dynamism who can leaflet and network and who is good with social media will see a good return for time spent. if yu are also a model running the business you will get first shout at work and can rota yourself in as much or as little as you choose.

Life Drawing Wales turned over £9,000 last year and costs are room hire and models. That’s about it! Scheduling sessions, organising the model rota and maintaining the socials are the weekly tasks.
Standard sale of business multipliers are 2.5 to 3 times income, making Life Drawing Wales worth about £25,000, but that is silly money. I will be happy to pass on everything that has been built for Life Drawing Wales, effectively then, a turnkey operation, for £3,500.
If Life Drawing Wales does not sell I will be mothballing it.
