Life Drawing Wales Weekly Roundup 8/12/24

We supplied models for five sessions this week, in Aberdare, Cardiff, Cowbridge, Cardiff Bay and Crosskeys.

Cynon Valley

Laura made her way up the valley from Cardiff to Aberdare to meet with the art group at Cynon Valley Museum. Art is vibrant across South Wales with regular meetups of small groups for life drawing sessions. This session is fully funded and tutored - lucky artists!

Little Man

Andy couldn’t get cover and so despite feeling as rough as he, being the trooper that he is, made his way into Cardiff for our first Tuesday of the month session at Little Man Coffee. Not a dynamic session but a session that was well received with some great artists present…

Cowbridge

Sarah made her way to Cowbridge to pose for the lovely artists there. They have been meeting for many years and it shows in the quality of their work.

Coleg Gwent

Andy made his way to Crosskeys for a two hour session with students brand new to life drawing. Given this was their first session the resulting art is remarkable. Some three minute poses and a a few longer poses too.

The Animators

Reinet was the model that made her way to Cardiff Bay for a session with the animators…
