Andy made his way to Cynon Linc for our first session of life drawing there. We supplied all materials and Andy both tutored and modelled. In the end there were 24 women, drinking prosecco and having nibbles then the instruction and drawing began.

The atmosphere was a little like a Hen Party, but a Hen Party that was on very best behaviour. despite most not having drawn in very many years, or indeed since at school, the ladies produced some fine sketches for first efforts and had such a great time that they almost demanded a repeat visit and more of the same.

And we’ll be very happy to go back to the Cynon Valley and continue to encourage all to take part in art and art events.
