Weekly Roundup 8/10/23

We supplied models for four sessions this week, our own life drawing session at Little Man Coffee Co in the centre of Cardiff, the weekly private booking for the animators in Cardiff Bay, a new weekly session in Aberdare and with the students at Merthyr College.

Little Man

it was our first session back at the lovely Little Man cafe in the centre of Cardiff following a summer break. And it was a huge success with tickets selling out in advance and a fine crowd of artists in attendance to sketch Andy. the next session is November 7th and you can book here. At these Tuesday evening sessions, you can grab a cuppa or a glass of wine and draw away whilst having the occasional arty chat too!

Animators

It was Laura’s turn to visit Cardiff Bay and the lovely group of animators there.

Cynon Valley Museum

Our first session at this venue and Sarah did a fine job of pulling multiple shapes. She said nit was a lovely old building and Andy is looking forwards to being the model the following week.

Merthyr College

Andy made his way to Merthyr for the third session of drawing with the degree students there this autumn. Multiple poses and a good range of work produced, as is usual :)
